Events Guide
When to save, when to spend, and how to maximize every event.
Golden Rule: Save 80–125k gems between events. Spend during Dino Dice or Battleship for maximum value. Never spend gems on capsules outside events.

Dino Dice
The premier gem-spending event in TapForce. Roll dice on a game board to land on reward tiles and hit milestones. This is where your weeks of gem saving pay off.
- Frequency: Every 6–8 weeks, alternating with Battleship
- Gem target: 80–125k gems for full milestone completion
- Duration: Typically 5–7 days
- Key rewards: Elite fighter shards, capsules, premium currency, event-exclusive items
Strategy:
- Go all-in or skip entirely — partial investment wastes gems without hitting milestones
- Buy all daily gem deals in the weeks leading up to the event
- Hit every milestone threshold — the milestone rewards are where the real value is
- Track community event calendars so you know when Dino Dice is coming
Warning:
Do not spend 30k gems “just to try it out.” You either commit to the full milestone path or save your gems for the next event.
Battleship
Grid-based event where you fire shots to reveal rewards on a hidden board. Same gem-saving philosophy as Dino Dice.
- Frequency: Every 6–8 weeks, alternating with Dino Dice
- Gem target: 80–125k gems for full rewards
- Duration: Typically 5–7 days
- Key rewards: Fighter shards, equipment, capsules, milestone bonuses
Strategy:
- Same all-or-nothing approach as Dino Dice
- Prioritize clearing the board systematically to hit all milestone thresholds
- If you already spent on Dino Dice recently, skip Battleship and save for the next cycle
Lucky Capsule
Seasonal enhanced capsule event with boosted pull rates and bonus rewards per pull. The best time to use any saved capsule currency.
- Frequency: Seasonal (roughly quarterly)
- Key benefit: Boosted capsule rates + bonus items per pull
- Overlap: Can overlap with Dino Dice / Battleship saving cycles
Tip: Never pull capsules outside Lucky Capsule events. Hoard capsule currency and blow it all during the event window for maximum shard value.
Mech Event
The flagship recurring PvE event. Fight mech bosses for gems, equipment, and progression materials. Strong mech teams are the foundation of long-term progression.
- Duration: 5 days per event cycle
- Gem income: 20 gems per local mech kill
- Boss spawn: After 350 local kills (GM) or 600 (Ascended)
- Spawn rate: Flat 30%
- Combat rules: 10-round limit, 9000% ATK damage cap per hit

Block Build (Consistent)
Core: Komodo/Teryx + Zura/Necro + Zemus + Laguna + Spekkio + Scythe/Otto
Energy loop: Spekkio Wave Cutter (+80 energy vs last enemy) + Mech boss ability (+10) + Kunai on block (+70-80) = skill every round.
Peak Team (High Burst)
Core: Teryx + Dax + Zemus + Chancer + Lily + Spekkio
Maximizes damage multipliers and hit counts. Chancer can hit 12x with Focus Mark charm.
Chancer Block Hybrid
Core: Karma/Teryx + Dax + Zemus + Laguna + Spekkio + Chancer
Combines block build consistency with Chancer burst potential.

Mech Build Priority
- Spekkio — #1 mech carry, energy self-sustain, 3–5 hits
- Scythe — Up to 6 hits, consistent damage
- Dax / Ruby — Energy support (use one, not both)
- Zemus / Lily / Chancer — Damage amplifiers
- Laguna / Necro — Support + beyond-cap damage
- Teryx — Beyond-cap, but Dax > Teryx outside mech
Club Smash
Competitive club event with faction-locked PvP and boss fights. Being in an active club is critical for progression rewards.
- Format: Faction-locked PvP + boss fights
- Boss tickets: 25% chance per PvP win
- Attacker advantage: Attacker always goes first
- Defense: Your defense = your last WINNING team (not current team)
Key Insight: Lily is best-in-slot for Club Smash. Her Transform mechanic dominates — +50% ATK per kill stacks for the rest of battle.
Club Selection Matters: Join the strongest club you can qualify for. Club tier rewards (platinum, gems, milestones) are one of the biggest sources of passive income. Weak club = slower progression.
Arena Season
The ongoing PvP competitive mode. Climb the ladder for gem rewards and bragging rights.
- Tickets: 6 per day on a 12-hour cycle
- Speed: Irrelevant on defense — attacker always goes first
- Defense team: Set to your last WINNING team
- Strategy: Build offense for burst, defense for reliability
Offense vs Defense: On offense, stack burst damage to one-shot enemies before they act. On defense, prioritize survivability and CC — the AI plays your team, so consistency beats raw damage.
General Event Strategy
Never
- • Spend gems on capsules outside events
- • Partially invest in Dino Dice / Battleship
- • Ignore daily gem income between events
- • Forget to check event shop before it closes
- • Skip local mech kills (20 gems each adds up)
Always
- • Track the event rotation and save accordingly
- • Buy all daily gem deals leading up to events
- • Hit every milestone threshold during events
- • Join an active club for club event rewards
- • Kill every local mech during mech events
Event Cycle Overview: Dino Dice and Battleship alternate roughly every 6–8 weeks. Lucky Capsule appears seasonally. Mech events run every few weeks for 5 days. Club Smash and Arena are ongoing. Plan your gem saving around the Dino Dice / Battleship rotation — everything else is either free or secondary.
